The Village of Hastings Board of Trustees has recently changed the existing zoning boundary on the East side of the Property from R-10 (single family residential) to M-R 1.5 (multi-family residential, minimum 1, 500 sf. per unit) allowing Townhouse development. Final Site Plan approval for 21 Townhomes has been approved by the Hastings Planning Board on July 20, 2023. We will design, build and sell twenty-one, attached, three-story townhomes, in four clusters; three on the East side of Warburton Ave. and one on the West side of Warburton Ave. Nineteen homes will be market-rate and two of the homes will be affordable, each affordable home with include accessory apartment on grade. Twenty of the homes will be in Hastings, in the Hastings School District, one home will be in the City of Yonkers. All homes are within walking distance to Metro North. Each townhome will be three stories with a flat, green roof, rooftop deck, two bedrooms, den, 3.5 baths. Ceilings will be nine ft. at grade level, ten ft. at second floor and nine ft. at third floor. All units will have two car garages. Market rate units will have individual elevators.
